Barbara Lowe, 75, of Accomac, Virginia passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. She was the owner of Hair and Skin Care in Accomac. She is survived by a daughter, Anna of New York. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with Father J. Michael Breslin officiating.
