Baby Wyatt Lee Merritt

Baby Wyatt Lee Merritt, 4 months 27days, of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Cape Charles, he was the son of Timothy I. Merritt, Jr. and Miriah Collins of Cape Charles.
In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by two brothers, Thomas Isaac Merritt, Timothy Chancellor Merritt; a sister, Haven Rain Merritt; maternal grandparents, Jenna and Lee Henderson of Painter, VA; paternal grandparents, Karen and Timmy Merritt of Machipongo, VA; three great grandmothers, Lucy Ames, Doris Merritt, Jacque Barton; two uncles, Brian James Collins, Xavier Tye Collins; an aunt, Lindsey Nottingham Merritt and numerous other family members and close friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore, VA with Reverend Rob Kelly officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to American SIDS Institute, 528 Raven Way, Naples, FL 34110 or online at http://sids.org/
