Baby Weston Hayes Outten Ashby, infant son of Samuel Brice Ashby and Kathryn Rodgers Outten of Exmore, VA, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by three siblings, Taylor Paige Ashby, Kyle Joseph Ashby, Nicholas Ryan Ashby, all of Longmont, CO; maternal grandparents, David Outten and Tammy Estep of Belle Haven, VA; paternal grandparents, Sturgis and Linda Ashby of Exmore and three uncles, John David Outten, Bruce Ashby, Brad Ashby and their families. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Peggy W. Outten.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Epworth United Methodist Church with Reverend Mikang Kim officiating.
