Archie L. Bradford

Mr. Archie L. Bradford, 73, husband of the late Bonnie G. Bradford and a resident of Quinby, passed away at his residence Tuesday, February 12, 2008. A native of Willis Wharf, he was the son of the late Harry T. Bradford and the late Madlin Archie Bradford. He was a retired manager from the A&P Grocery Store in Exmore. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and a U S Army veteran. He is survived by a daughter, Denise Bradford of North Ridgeville, OH; three step-sons, Brad Hickman of Melfa, Va., David Hickman of Quinby, Va., Steve Hickman of Melfa; a brother, Marvin S. Bradford, Sr. of Willis Wharf, Va.; seven grandchildren, Danielle, Randy, Lorraine, Nicole, Jeremy, Victoria, and Bonnie; six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, Harry T. Bradford, Jr., Gordon F. Bradford, V. Clyde Bradford, Sr., and a sister, Pauline Bradford Williams. Funeral services will be held from the graveside of Belle Haven Cemetery on Saturday, February 16th at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Tammy Estep officiating.
