Anthony Frank Caporella

Mr. Anthony Frank Caporella, 83, of Cheriton, husband of the late Lillie Doughty Caporella, died Sunday, June 9, 2007. He was the son of the late Joseph Caporella and the late Immaculata Buttalia Caporella. He was a retired Mechanic, a member of Cheriton United Methodist Church, and served in the South Pacific in World War II on the U.S.S. Mirmadon. He is survived by two children, Eva Sharon Caporella of West Chester, Pa., Joseph Andrew Caporella and his wife Diane of Broomall, Pa., a sister, Josephine Caporella of Prospect Park, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Eula Mae Parks and her husband Gerald of Harborton, Va.; four grandsons, Joseph Anthony, Ty Andrew, Anthony John, and Matthew Gregory Caporella. Funeral services will be conducted from Cheriton United Methodist Church, Saturday, June 23rd at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Nathan Decker officiating. Interment will follow in Cape Charles Cemetery.
