Anna Mae Parks

Anna Mae Isdell Parks, 71, wife of the late John Martin Parks Sr. and a resident of Quinby, VA, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital. A native of Birdsnest, VA, she was the daughter of the late Davis L. Isdell Sr. and the late Eunice Culp Isdell. She was a member of Exmore Baptist Church. Mrs. Parks is survived by three children, John Martin Parks Jr. and his wife Jo-Ann of Cheriton, VA, Janet P. Hickman and her husband David of Quinby, and Jackie M. Parks and his wife Linda of Wardtown, VA; a brother, Kenny Robbins of Exmore, VA; five grandchildren, Richard Parks, Crystal Kellam, Lorraine Broward, JoJo Downs, and Jessica Nottingham; and six great-grandsons. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the graveside of Belle Haven Cemetery with Pastor Jonathan Carpenter officiating. Family will join friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 7:00 to 8:30.
