Andrew Kacik, Jr.

Andrew Francis Kacik, Jr., 72, husband of Marjorie Rawlings Kacik and a resident of Machipongo, VA, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at his residence. A native of Wilkes-Barre, PA, he was the son of the late Andrew F. Kacik, Sr. and the late Millie Elgonitis Kacik. He was a retired computer salesman for Dyntek, Inc, United States Air Force Veteran and attended Johnson's United Methodist Church. In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by five children, Robert Kacik of Dolgeville, NY, Jackie Slope and her husband, Ron, of Manhasset, NY, Kathleen Panessa of Port Jefferson Station, NY, Kevin Cunningham and his wife, Michelle, of East Moriches, NY, Brooke Sutherland and her husband, Kevin, of Mechanicsville, VA; a sister, Betty Kane and her husband, Jerry, of Queensland, NY and three grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Johnson's United Methodist Church, 11175 Bayside Road, Machipongo, VA 23405.
