Amy Shelton Barrow

Mrs. Amy Shelton Barrow, 74, wife of Thomas J. Barrow, Sr. and a resident of Eden, Maryland, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. She was a native of Hacks Neck, Va. and was the daughter of the late Elmer Shelton and the late Mollie Killmon Shelton. Mrs. Barrow was a retired nurses assistant from Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Other than her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Nancy L. Barrow of Eden, Md.; three sons, Garland Wayne Barrow and his wife Gwendolyn of Eden, Md., Thomas J. Barrow, Jr. of Eden, Md., David B. Barrow, Sr. and his wife Dorothy of Eden, Md.; a sister, Juanita Parker of Hacks Neck, Va.; a brother, Harry L. Shelton of Onancock, Va.; ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Mrs. Barrow was predeceased by a son, Francis Allen Barrow and a daughter, Margaret Ann Lovett. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 3:00 PM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with the Rev. Darrell Webb officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Haven Cemetery. All family and friends are welcome to join family at Doughty Funeral Home Friday evening from 7 to 8:30.
