Alberta Birch Kellam

Mrs. Alberta Birch Kellam, 86, of Exmore, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at Shore Life Care in Parksley. A native of Willis Wharf, she was the daughter of the late George Birch and the late Grace Pensno Birch. She retired from the Virginia Employment Commission and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Long and her husband Edwin of Belle Haven, Va., Shirley Wilson and her husband Henry of Belle Haven; five grandchildren, John Long and his wife Janeen , Edwin Jess Long and his wife Melanie, Marion Long and his wife Hether, Sara and Brian Wilson all of Belle Haven. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, April 28th at 11:00 AM from the graveside of Belle Haven Cemetery with Rev. Tammy Estep officiating.
