Olivia Hargis Jones, 90, wife of the late Carl E. Jones and a resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Monday, April 16, 2012 at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton, VA. A native of Accomack County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Wellington Lee Hargis and the late Clara Bell Talley Hargis. She was a member of Cape Charles Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Ellison Jones and his wife, JoAnn, of Hampton, VA, Allen Wayne Jones and his wife, Julia, of Greenville, SC; and one brother, Harley W. Hargis of Phoenix, AZ.

A funeral service will be held Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Cape Charles Baptist Church with Reverend Russell Goodrich officiating. Interment will follow in the Cape Charles Cemetery. Family will join friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Cape Charles Baptist Church, 509 Randolph Ave., Cape Charles, VA 23310.
